If you are purchasing from outside of Australia, please be aware of the potential duties and taxes that may apply, we do not cover these charges as it depends on the import legislations of your country.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of dispatch, under the condition that it is unused, undamaged, and the swing tag is still intact. Please let us know the reason of exchange, may it be colour, style, sizing. We will then be in touch regarding how to proceed with exchange or issuing a store credit. The cost of returning a shipping for exchange will be at the buyer's expense.

In the case of returning an item you believe to be faulty, please contact us at email@example.com explaining the fault and we will assess the fault with regards to if it is misuse or incorrect care. If an item is deemed faulty, we will proceed to either repair or exchange.
